In the business where I am working we are short of Java developers and to many collegues are PowerBuilder developer. Can gamification help by 'transforming' PowerBuilder collegues to Java developers. So that they learn the need to know skills in à short time and therefore can start more quickly than attending courses, where 80% of what they learn will not be used. So offers gamification knowledge on demand and in such à way what one needs to know? Later on knowledge will become more by learing on the job and maybe by following courses.
