Gamifing a group is really easy after you have a hierarchy in place. Members will be able to move up based on things like Attendance, Volunteering, Knowledge, and Participation. Higher members would have benefits such as lower fees at the price of more responsibility.

An example would be giving a member 1 point for every meeting they attend, 5 points for every hour they volunteer, as well as 10 points for bringing in another member. And if you get 50 points in a month, you get 1/2 of your membership for the next month.
